Directions
Part hair and apply onto scalp, massage 2-3 minutes with fingers to increase blood circulation which promotes hair growth
Type 1-2 hair: Use 1-2 times weekly on your entire scalp.
Type 3-4 hair: Use 3-4 times weekly on your entire scalp.
you can use 1-2 times daily on thinning edges, bald spots or any problem areas. *Results may vary*

I LOVE this scrub. I have to stop myself from licking it off of my face lol. It makes my skin feel so smooth and rejuvenated. You don't have to use much and it gets the job done. Only thing I will say is be careful with the seeds. I'll definitely be ordering more!
